1. Liability & Personal Responsibility

The retreat host, employees, therapists, and any affiliated contractors assume no liability for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of property that may occur before, during, or after the retreat. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and are responsible for their own well-being and personal belongings.

2. Travel & Insurance

• All attendees must have their own travel insurance, covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and any unforeseen circumstances.

• Guests are solely responsible for arranging and covering their travel expenses, including transportation to and from the retreat location.

3. Conduct & Expulsion Policy

• We strive to create a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all participants. Any form of inappropriate, disruptive, aggressive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated.

• The retreat host reserves the right to expel any guest who engages in such behavior, without refund. Expelled guests must leave at their own expense.

• All personal discussions, group interactions, and shared experiences during the retreat are strictly confidential.

• We respect the privacy of our guests and ask that all participants do the same.

5. Non-Medical Nature of Retreat Services

• All therapies, advice, and opinions offered by therapists, employees, or contractors during the retreat are non-medical in nature.

• Guests are responsible for using sound judgment when considering any advice, practices, or treatments offered.

• The retreat is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

6. Health Requirements

• By attending, guests confirm they are in good physical and mental health and able to participate in retreat activities.

• Any pre-existing medical or psychological conditions should be disclosed prior to booking to assess suitability for participation.
